Transport & Shipping *Christmas orders*
This date allows for the making up and standard or priority delivery to be with you before Christmas. We cannot promise pre-Christmas delivery for anything ordered after the date above.
If you order after these dates, we will be attempting to get your order to you before Xmas. Which is possible, but we cannot guarantee it. If you are ordering from outside the UK please add 4 days. If in the UK but non-mainland please add 2 days extra.
All shipping is complicated so, unfortunately, it is necessary to enter your address details before you can see the transport costs and final invoice, which can be very annoying. This is why I have tried to give you as much information here as possible.
The shipping originates in the UK, where the products are made, and most destinations worldwide, are possible. Everything is made in-house so you can trust you’ve got the best people working on your order.
Once I receive your order, I then send it off to production.
95.4% of the products ship in 48 hours. It’s pretty speedy.
Local UK Shipping
If your item is over 2kg, bulky, or large (over 60x40cm), we use FedEx UK couriers. They deliver the next business day and are a part of our standard service. We can offer a Saturday delivery service for an extra fee.
International Fast Worldwide ShippingMost international deliveries are with customers in 3 - 5 days. We use FedEx, DHL, TNT, Yamato or similar service as our default international delivery option. We suggest this service as it includes detailed tracking and guaranteed speedy delivery. This service can take as little as 2 days to major cities, or as long as 4 days on average, depending on the destination and its accessibility. Shipping costs and time can vary significantly for remote areas, where it may be necessary to pass on the remote area surcharge levied by the carrier. Delivery outside the EU may attract local tax duty to pay which is administered by the local territory and is out of our hands.
